ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, you should not give any top food to your 3 months old baby. You should exclusively breastfeed till the completion of 6 months. Introduction of top food before 6 months complete can increase the risk of infection and even reduces the milk supply.
