2yr11month old boy har mahina fever ho raha hai kabhi 15 din me bhi a jata hai lekin fever 1 din hi rehta hai

A. hi. recurrent fever are due yo low immunity n seasonal changes. will advice you to give immunity booster food. and lots of fluids to him. .educate him for often hand washing
