In this here it is very difficult to comment propevrly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advvisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

maintain hygiene
use a clean cloth dip in warm water wrap around finger and clean.tongue
you can use Babyhug tongue cleaner
