Q.

2months old baby girl having heavily blocked nose, can I use saline drops and use nasal aspirator to take out mucus? how many times can we use nasal aspirator on each nostril per day

A. Nasal aspirator can be used once or twice a day. Steamers can be used while adding some drops of Nacl saline solution

A. put some drops warm ghee

A. the baby is only two months of age we can give steam inhalation to the baby frequently to liquify the secretions no problem in using a mucus aspirator to remove secretions and put nasal saline drops frequently

A. Hello ma’am I would not advise you to use that I can just only advise you to do use nasal drops to open the blockage of the nose and still if you feel that it is too much blocked and the mucus needs to be come out then it would be advisable for you to consult an ENT specialist to do that don’t try to do these things yourself
