Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi the adenoids physiologically enlarges during childhood around 2-4 years m they shrink when kids reach around 5 to 8 years of age. and they disappear or gone altogether by the time kids become teenagers
