NikithaMom of a 11 yr old boy2 years agoA. baby if it is gaining 600 to 800 grams of its birth weight by now then it is a good weight gain and absolutely nothing to worry and no that baby gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month is a good weight gain which means the babies getting sufficient breast milk and if it is not getting sufficient milk then you can give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like babyhug
