Q.
28 month old boy baby not interact with others except family members. But he was too playful in his house and out side areas like beach ,Park , exhibition and he didn't want to play with other kids. my second baby was 8 month old his arrival affects him.. before 6 months he interacts with all and too playful

Talk to your older child try and understand is your child behaving normally like this or your child is generally having some issue because the kids are very active and has a younger sibling can definitely make a change into the behaviour of the child because their attention is not there anymore you give more attention to the younger child and also you need to strike a balance and talk to your child for better understanding
