A. dear , have a balanced diet with variety of food groups whole grains ,sprouts pulses , beans, egg non veg seasonal green leafy veg , yellow orange veg n fruit nuts 400 - 500 ml low fat milk milk products control intake of high fat, oily , sugar contsiing foods procedsed packaged foods drinks 3 meals 1 healty snack
