Q.

22 weeks pregnant now,can I lift household weights like bucket or do any household chores?Will it affect the baby?

A. you can't carry heavy weights otherwise you can do your regular household chores. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. have Sunbath every morning

A. You Should not lift weight because even if you lift a bucket it is somewhere around 20-30 L of water into it it’s quite heavy so I don’t think so you should be doing all these things because a little bit of strain also happens it is not going to be good for you neither for the child you can do regular stuff of homework at home but not something which is heavy to lift don’t bend down and stuff
