At least 500 ml of milk and milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
You can give eggs and non veg food.
Grains, cereal and pulses.
Nuts like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts and dry fruits like raisins, dates.
Give 4 to 5 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
