20.6 weeks gestation prominent right lateral ventricle measuring 10 mm ?!

A. is the lateral ventricle of the baby is dilated there can be a possibility of any blockage to the CSF which needs proper treatment once baby is born . . .

A. Ventriculomegaly is a brain condition that mainly occurs in the fetus when the lateral ventricles become dilated. The most common definition uses a width of the atrium of the lateral ventricle of greater than 10 mm. This occurs in around 1% of pregnancies.
