Q.

2 yrs 7 months baby girl has constipation issue whenever giving medication 'MUOUT' okay later same problem. can u pls suggest. Also not eating any food, rice is not at all eating. pls suggest..

A. Hi, include buttermilk in every day drink. Also include banana in every day morning snack. After feeding anything give lukewarm water. Instead of giving three big meal,give five meals in a day with a smaller quantity. Include liquids like fresh fruit juice, soups, milkshakes, Badam milk, buttermilk, coconut water. Take your baby out for you playing for about half an hour to 1 hour in a day which is very important. Avoid wheat and Maida products for a couple of weeks.

Q. My Baby is having constipation from the beginning. She had extreme level of hard Stool. Dr advised to give Dr Reddy Muout. I need to cross check if it’s safe and also I noticed each time I gave muout she feels better but when I quit muout she again have the same issue. what precautions we need to take to overcome the issue as muout is not the permanent solution.
