A. Namaste Mom, You could give them eggs , dry fruits , nuts and seeds , legumes such as black gram dal , chana etc , fruit smoothes or milk shakes with banana, almond , dates etc same can be made with chikku, avacado etc as well. panner , soya , sago, stuff paranthas etc
