Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one year of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too much of screen time and other activities at least oune hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terruors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

Asnd as your child will see you sleeping at nigh t throughout he will also sleep properly. Good luck and take care
