Q.

2 year old son has loose stool 10 days back paediatric given renifol and taxim o for 5 days then it's got cleared. now again since yesterday he poops more than 6 times but normal, I guess he will now have loose motion again. also his palm and feet are hot but no fever temperature is 97.5 what's the reason?

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loosef motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterigal infection which needs antibiotics treatment

A. U Should not give milk to the child till the time the issue does not subside because Milk is going to increase the number of diarrhoea the medicine that the doctor had given you what is the control the stomach infection because of that there was blood in the motion
