2 year old kid did motion 5 times and it smells so bad . It seems like the stomach is upset. what food to give during night time?

A. This is the situation then you can go for a soups Khichdi or porridge or something which more light for the child to eat and digest according to you so you can go ahead with something like that and digest food that you can offer to the child as of now
