Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Dandruff is mostly because of dead skin over the scalp which can lead to itchy skin . It ccould be because of some pathological conditions too.
Common causes are improper shampooing malnutrition fungal growth sensitivity to hair productsf sebborrhoic dermatitis .
Proper care is required with medicated shampoo maintain a good hygiene and proper hydration .
Consult a doctor for more severe condition .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 years agoA. Spoo Shampoo can be used it is a good option for dandruff issue and toddlers so you can go ahead with that as of now it is completely safe to be used for a child so you can go ahead with using it at least 3 to 4 times in a week
