Milk for babies specially in the initial days of life is very essential,breast milk is ideally the best and should be given exclusively till 5-6 months of age . if your baby is having proper weight gain and urine output then you can consider that the baby is getting satisfied with the milk and there is nothing to worry. formula milk should be given only when suggested by your pediatrician as a substitute to breast milk if due to any reason it is not suyfficient to fulfill the demand of the baby. according to the age different stage of formula milk are there like stage 1 till 6 months of age stage 2 from 6 months to 12 months and thereafter stage 3 . after one year cows milk should be started and any kind of health drink powder in milk should be used only awwfter the completion of two years of age .

Such health mixes are not required or advisable for every child. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated.
