Do have few things which is very important in c section for good strength as I personally used this.
1) have 3 bottle course of Dashmularishta ayurvedic medicine
2) Have kamarkash gond either by preparing ladoo or just frying and crushing and have this powder in milk for back pain.
3) have milk twice by adding protine powder. take nuts
