is your child taking iron drops or formula feeds?
if yes then it is normal
no need to worry
and if a child is taking breastfeeding,still it is normal as it could be result of imbalace between foremilk and hindmilk.
so no need to worry
but if a child passes green stool with mucus and foul smell then you should consult your pediatrician.
