RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am fOr initial six months a child gains weight with breastfeed only.. To continue breastfeeding your child and with time your child will gain proper weight so I would just like to tell you here if your child gains 500 g on the minimum side on an every month basis then that’s a very healthy weight gain
