Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl5 months agoA. hi ji , severe constipation causes pain at anal area and it leads to fissure problem too so please keep this part clean offer plenty of fluids to your child which definetly help in curing this problem give prune juice in 2 tbsp quantity twice in a day
