Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroeunteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are ahussociated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
