Yes most of the things of course they start to respond and understand and react to things from the age of 9 to 10 months onwards depending from child to child how about they are picking up they can make a proper eye contact they can follow the command if you teach them so most of the things they understand like out of hundred if you talk about 30% of things they can understand if they are taught well to do a thing
