This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

A Minimum of 12 kgs is considered definitely very good by the age of two years which is by 10 KG around minimum is going to be considered very good at the age of one year that’s what you want to know so a minimum of this or three times of the birth weight which ever is higher is going to be considered better for the same
