Q.
1year 10 month old babh boy had mouth ulcers after that we can see bumps on his left neck then he was on antibiotic for 8 days.completing that course we did neck usg that shows infective adenitis enlarged nodes in left side of neck on IB, II, III,IV and on right station II . is it some serious issue ?
