Q.

18 months old baby she has iron deficiency I have to develop in naturally by food.Which food u suggest for the baby

A. You should give green leafy vegetables to the baby overnight soaked black raisins pear peach plum prunes and Vitamin C rich fruits for good iron absorption and start sn iron supplement

A. Hi Broccoli spinach and richest source of iron is if you want you can go ahead with that naturally and if you want you can also consult a nutritionist and other things as well which would probably be so much rich in iron
