what food I give for Iron deficiency in my kid

A. give him veggies like Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, kiwi, banana.
