offer lukewarm water every hour.
give more fruits.
consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment if required

This is due to dryness.
Apply coconut oil on the skin.
This will help to get relief from itching.
Apply it 2-3 times in a day.
U can also moisturise the skin after giving bath to ur baby. Take care
