16 months old baby girl newly coming out tooth is seen thin blackish. after which thin skin alike is portion is removed slightly bleeded. what to do. worried.

yes you should consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of this condition of your kid's oral cavity and milk teeth..
usually newly erupted milk teeth don't have this problem
