16 month old daughter has her 2 frontal teeth with brownish spots... how do I clean them.. I usually brush her teeth in the morning ... Any advice

A. every child is 16 months old and if there is some brownish spot over the teeth it is better to consult to a dentist once for a proper examination to rule out the cause
