A. Hello mom slight varations keep on happening so monthly weight gain is expected in the range of 300 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight

A. hi as weight is within the range,no need to worry although please keep an eye on your child health,if weight is decreasing and if child is showing symptoms like low apetite, irritability, better to check with your pediatrician for once
