15 months old baby girl my baby fall from bed , left teeth injury , and lip swelling, the left teeth was lightly moves

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is vjdone to find ou t the exact cause so it is advisable to consbult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
