15 days ago my 2 yrs old baby was suffering from loose motion n paediatrian gave satrogyl o syrup now today again the prblm (loose motion)has been started again he gave satrogyl ,is it safe to give satrogyl syrup again only in gap of 15 days ...

A. whenever there is confusion regarding the treatment given by your doctor and if you are not satisfied with the answers you can always take a second opinion of another doctor of the same field. weather a particular investigation or treatment is proper or not can be confirmed only after taking relevant history and doing proper examination of the child which will be done by the second doctor. d

A. Yes it is otherwise your doctor wouldn’t have advised you to give it to the child also at the same time I feel you should know what is the reason behind loose motions for your child so try to figure out the reason if you can get a stool test done one time so according to that whatever medicine would be required you can start with that for permanent relief to your child
