As they are now one year and above it is ideal that their diet should mainly consist of regular family foods as such
You could probably give milk not more than 3 to 4 times a day

Three important foods should be given for breakfast lunch and dinner rest milk would be dependent upon how many times do you want to give it twice or thrice Center and slowly try to withdraw also so that your child learns to sleep better through the night as that is more important with growing it would completely depend upon the need and requirement
