13mnth old baby girl.. fever comes and goes after 15/20 day's ,1 week tak rehta heh.. blood test urine test is normal.. what should I do please help me

A. seasonal changes, low immunity is leading cause, Clean your hands. -Avoid close contact to your child with people who have colds or other upper respiratory infections. maintain good hygiene
