12 months old baby can eat chickpea?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Yes you can give chickpea but give in mashed form as they are difficult to digest and also cook it well before giving to the baby and now you can gradually introduce solid and finger foods

Neelam sharmaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. yes you can give chickpeas to baby by simply boiling it and give if baby has teeth to chew and if not then can mash it slightly. also can make sabzi with less spices and feed with rice etc to baby.
