12 month baby is suffering from cold with runny nose and cough, please suggest how can I cure him

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a pbhroper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold. U can give maxtra syrup for cold and running nose to ur baby.
