Hello mom the baby is nearly one year of age now so almost to home cooked regular foods can be given to them , so idli, dosa , Upma , poha , stuff paranthas or dal and rice or rice plain or different flavours or Kichidi, millets lie like ragi , bajra , oats , whole eggs , panner , dry fruits , seasonal fruits and vegetables, etc can be given
