10months baby nind bohot kam hai,din mein vi jyada time sote hai,bich bich mein bohot bar uth jata hai,rat ko vi same,sab kuch try kiya maine,but result 0,kuch din se main nehi soyi thi,meri tabiyat kharab ho gaya, bohot helpless lag raha hai, please help me.

Give your child a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Ensure that your baby is well fed, active and healthy. Try massaging your baby with any oil before making your baby sleep. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
