A. Dear parent, for reducing 10 kg weight, eat mindfully. Reduce your calorie intake from sugary , oily and processed foods. Don’t store or buy junk food. Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
