10 and half months after delivery I got my first period. and I have heavy bleeding. I have to change pad after two two hours. what medicine should I take to stop heavy bleeding and I m mom of two kids and 36 years old

A. Hello dear The first few cycles will be heavy and painful after delivery and you have to consult your doctor once so that she can give appropriate treatment. Sometimes injections may be required
