Q.

1 year since postpartum still getting constipated. I am breastfeeding also. My periods are absent from 4 months. could it be thyroid? Or is it common during breastfeeding years?

A. Yes normal during exclusive breast feeding

A. Once you resume with your period for six months can be difficult but that doesn’t mean the periods will not come absolutely you should take a pregnancy test for yourself and if you still haven’t resumed with your periods and the test is negative then you should consult your gynaecologist once
