Dear parent, for healthy weight gain, give a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add nuts like almonds, walnuts and dry fruits like dates to baby’s diet. Give 500 ml of milk including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Add ghee to every meal. Give top food 4 to 5 times a day and up to one katori every time. Breastfeed your baby till 2 years.
