ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom aapko aapka feed one at a time par stop karna padega .. aap thoda thoda kar ke animal milk introduce kar sakthe hai . Cows milk prefer kare woh almost mothers milk jaise hai. Ya tho koi snack ya solid ya meal .. ya tho child ko aap apne feed k time se phele he full kare taki woh feed na mange ya tho ready rakhe . Dusare family member k help agar possible ho tho le ussko distract karne k Liyeah
