especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables which are found to be lacking in infant diet.
about 400-500 mL of milk but instead of giving only as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
give top food five times a day and up to one katori every time. breastfeed baby till 2 years.

Anything ever in every thing that you believe is healthy you are eating yourself is the right 4 to be given to the child as well because after this there is no restriction on any kind of healthy food to be offered to the child just avoid junk food and oily food as of now
