1.What diet and exercises should I follow to have normal delivery and good milk production? 2. How to keep myself mentally fit as this is my first child and I am overwhelmed?

A. There are no such exercises that I can recommend you now you can do some yoga after your doctors advice because usually exercises has done from the time of three months of pregnancy itself and just take care of your child properly and follow all the precautions recommended by the doctor and I do understand it’s a first child everyone is very overwhelmed and you just have to let your emotion slow however you feel so everything is going to happen on its own only we cannot plan these things how do you need to be prepared and all
