Q.
1.My baby is suffering from fever from past two days giving paracetamol and Taximo drops little better but still the temperature persists how many days need to give drops to bring down the fever. 2. in night time he usually cry loudly for every two hours after giving colicaid drops he will slp pls advise what is the issue

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. continuous fever drops the baby for 2 to 3 days if the fever is persistent baby needs investigations Fever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Fevers due to viruses can last for as little as two to three days and sometime as long as two weeks. A fever caused by a bacterial infection may continue until the child is treated with an antibiotic.
