3) it's fine,
4) no need to give tonic daily, if he is taking food well

PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. hello...eggs are very healthy .. fruits n eggs can be be giver everyday..It's always advisable to give a balanced diet to your baby which includesfruits and veggies; grains like wheat, rice, and oats; dairy products like yogurt paneer , buttermilk and cheese; and protein from poultry, meat, fish, and eggs. . .According to pediatricians, an one year old should be able to eat all home foods whatever you make, so you can very well give even chapati,if your baby is not so good at chewing try giving him tiny pieces of chapati or soak the hot chapati in Dal or milk and then as it becomes easy to chew, you can give baby rice also with dal...ragi porridge, oats porridge,
