1.5 months old girl baby whenever I feed she'll be spitting n also not gaining weight

A. dear parent, spitting of milk is normal among babies, do not worry. you should burp baby after every feed. keeping the head and chest at a level higher than stomach helps to reduce the chances of spitting. if baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then do not worry. if baby is not gaining adequate weight then consult doctor.
